Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale (the “Terms”) govern the purchase of any program, audit, service or digital product offered by AI Challenge Agency and Training Center LLC (Texas, EIN 32-0841186), the operating company of the AI Challenge Business™ brand owned by AI Challenge Inc. (Delaware, EIN 35-2939856).
1. Services
Services include strategic audits, AI consulting, group programs (Challenge Business IA, Challenge Scale IA), 1:1 coaching and access to the Club. Each offer is described on the corresponding sales page.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders are placed online via the secure Stripe checkout. Prices are displayed in EUR or USD. Payment is due upfront unless an installment plan is explicitly offered.
3. Right of withdrawal & refunds
For digital services that begin immediately at purchase, the client expressly waives the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. For consumer purchases in the EU, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies before service delivery begins. Specific refund conditions of each program prevail.
4. Obligations
AI Challenge commits to deliver the services with diligence and expertise. The client commits to actively participate; results depend on the client's implementation.
5. Intellectual property
All content, methods, frameworks and materials remain the exclusive property of AI Challenge Inc. Any reproduction or resale is prohibited.
6. Liability
AI Challenge's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Austin, Texas.
